Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Kevin B. Habicht, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, oversees all capital, financial reporting and corporate communication matters. Mr. Habicht joined National Retail Properties, Inc., as vice president in July 1992. He was appointed executive vice president, chief financial officer and assistant secretary in December 1993. Mr. Habicht was named secretary and treasurer in 1996. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000.

Previously, Mr. Habicht worked at the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. He is a graduate of the University of Denver (BSA, magna cum laude, 1981).

Mr. Habicht is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
