(NYSE: NNN), a real estate investment trust, today announced that Julian E. “Jay” Whitehurst was appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Whitehurst, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, will also assume the role of Chief Executive Officer as of April 28, 2017.
