NNN REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) announced 4Q and YE 2025 results and initial 2026 guidance. Fourth quarter FFO, Core FFO and AFFO were each $0.87 per share. In 2025, NNN closed on $931.0 million of investments at an initial cash cap rate of 7.4% with a weighted average lease term of 17.6 years.
