NNN REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) today announced Q1 2025 results. FFO was $0.85/share, Core FFO was $0.86/share and AFFO was $0.87/share. Core FFO guidance for 2025 was maintained at an estimated range of $3.33-$3.38/share. Q1’25 occupancy was 97.7%. NNN invested $232.4 million in real estate, including 82 properties. NNN’s 30-year average annual total return is 11.3%.
